Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship exclusively within the UAE. All orders are handled with care to ensure your handcrafted D’Atelier pieces arrive safely and on time.
What does the 30-day warranty covers?
Our 30-day warranty covers manufacturing defects in structure, craftsmanship, or materials. Each D’Atelier piece is made with natural, high-quality woods and fabrics, so slight variations are part of its artisanal character. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Do you have an in-person showroom to see the products?
We currently operate online, offering delivery throughout the UAE. Private showroom appointments and curated viewing spaces are being developed to give customers a closer look at our collections. For now, our team is happy to share additional photos, videos, and styling guidance upon request.

Our pieces are designed in-house, inspired by the serene coastal textures and heritage of Yıldızburnu – Ilica. Every design reflects our commitment to soulful simplicity and timeless craftsmanship.
